Attorney Cerbo graduated from Assumption College in 2018 and Western New England University School of Law in 2021.

Prior to opening his law firm, Attorney Cerbo worked as an Assistant District Attorney for four years with both the Berkshire County District Attorney's Office and the Hampden County District Attorney's Office. As a prosecutor, he handled nearly one thousand criminal cases, across a wide array of misdemeanor and felony charges. He has tried nearly 40 cases to verdict and litigated numerous evidentiary motions.

In 2024, he was awarded the Spotlight Award by the Massachusetts District Attorney's Association for his outstanding service and professionalism.

Attorney Cerbo is a fierce advocate who leverages his deep knowledge of the justice system to deliver strategic and honest counsel when you need it most. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and the United States District Court in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
